Racing cars aren’t known for being especially green. However, Slovenian automaker Tushek is hoping that its TS900 Apex and Racer Pro cars will be both greener and meaner thanks to the inclusion of a hybrid motor.
However, the company, founded by Slovenian national racing champion Aljoša Tushek, isn’t completely sold on electric-only sports cars. We caught up with Tushek and Dragos Gheorghiu, the company’s Chief Commercial Officer, to find out a bit more.
The TS900 cars were certainly turning heads at the Salon Prive show in London thanks to their outlandish spoilers, slats, and carbon fibre trim pieces. But, with the rest of the world moving towards electric-only supercars, might Tushek get left behind?
