Niklas Adalberth, Co-founder of Klarna and Founder of Norrsken Foundation, has joined the Board of Directors at the Swedish freight tech company Einride. Norrsken Foundation is one of the early investors in Einride, playing an important part in both Series A and Series B.

The board assignment is Niklas’ first outside of Norrsken initiatives.

Einride develops and provides freight mobility solutions based on electric and autonomous vehicles, leading the transition to sustainable transport.

Niklas Adalberth, says: “We’ve supported Einride’s mission since day one and I’m incredibly excited to deepen our collaboration as Einride fights to transform road freight as we know it, making it more cost-efficient, safe, and sustainable. Einride isn’t simply updating old transport to fit a new purpose, but re-thinking what the future of freight will look like.”

Robert Falck, CEO of Einride, adds: “With Niklas’ passion for sustainability and extensive knowledge of how to quickly scale a business globally, he’ll play a key role as we continue to capitalize on our strong momentum. We’re incredibly grateful for Christian’s invaluable support the last three years and will keep in close contact with him.”
