Women In Transport’s mission is to support the development of women working in the transport industry. Since being formed in 2005, the group has grown to over 500 members, who are sparking discussion about inclusion and diversity within the workplace.
CEO Sonya Byers believes that there is still a lot of work to do, breaking down perceptions and barriers in transport and highlighting the opportunities in a sector that has failed to attract a new workforce.
